Meet The People Who Set The Pace



As the president of Heatsheets, Chris Falk uses his passion for endurance events and experience to lead Heatsheets to every finish line. Before taking the helm at Heatsheets, Chris founded Cadence Advisory Partners, a consulting firm focused on the operational, financial and management needs of middle market businesses around the country and he has more than 20 years experience advising companies as an investment banker and corporate attorney.

Chris is an avid biker, runner and endurance athlete, who competes in races throughout the year. He has completed several Ironman triathlons and the Leadville 100 and has a large collection of Heatsheets souvenirs in his basement.



Stephanie has over 20 years of experience working with Heatsheets. As a former owner, Stephanie strengthened and helped grow the company, from the ground up, through emphasis on relationship building, optimizing process flow & operations, advance planning, careful implementation, and rigorous attention to detail.

In her role as Director, she oversees the events segment of the business, working closely with both operations and sales to ensure our customers receive the high quality products, solutions and service they’ve come to expect. Stephanie continues to expand our free Blankets to Boards™ recycling program, in partnership with the Trex Company and successfully secured a strategic partnership with Council for Responsible Sport. She is also involved in collaborating with the Heatsheets team on expanding its reach into the Public Safety sector.

Stephanie is a graduate of Lafayette College where she earned a BA in Economics & Business. In her spare time, she is a volunteer youth mentor, Girls on the Run coach, avid cyclist, world traveler and dog lover.



Michelle rejoined Heatsheets in 2014 to lead the Operations effort, a position she had also managed from 2008 -2011. In between, she managed the operations and production at a global beverage distributor. Michelle is responsible for managing our supply chain, inventory and fulfillment. She is also heavily involved in the development and production of new Heatsheets Products.

Michelle holds degrees in international business from San Diego State University and Universidad de Valparaiso in Chile. She is fluent in Spanish, is a runner and is a volunteer for several animal rehabilitation charities.



Fueled by ideas and coffee, Lacie heads up the branding and marketing landscape of Heatsheets. Her experience in running specialty, consumer products and retail have combined to give her a 360 degree view of the endurance industry as a whole. In addition, her focus also includes new business initiatives and entry into new markets for the Heatsheets brand.

Lacie brings over 15 years experience in marketing and sales. Most recently, she served as the Director of Brand marketing and management for Swirlgear, a woman's running apparel company which she founded in 2007.

In her spare time, she is an avid runner, race director, author and advocate for veterans. Lacie volunteers her time with Honor Flight Chicago and Wounded Warriors.



David is the founder of Heatsheets and serves as Chief Technology Officer. He embraces and encourages his team in a relentless pursuit of improvement. David combines more than 30 years of hands-on involvement in web-based manufacturing processes including film extrusion, printing, coating, vacuum metallizing, laminating, and converting. His career path in web-fed materials, and, in particular, his direct experience in manufacturing and selling passive energy control to the aerospace and window-insulating film industries, have fueled Heatsheets’ growth in the 21st century. As a semi-retired Heatsheets veteran, you can find David cycling or enjoying a glass of wine in picturesque Sonoma, CA.
