Meet The People Who Set The Pace
As the president of Heatsheets, Chris Falk uses his passion for endurance events and experience to lead Heatsheets to every finish line. Before taking the helm at Heatsheets, Chris founded Cadence Advisory Partners, a consulting firm focused on the operational, financial and management needs of middle market businesses around the country and he has more than 20 years experience advising companies as an investment banker and corporate attorney.
Chris is an avid biker, runner and endurance athlete, who competes in races throughout the year. He has completed several Ironman triathlons and the Leadville 100 and has a large collection of Heatsheets souvenirs in his basement.
Stephanie has over 20 years of experience working with Heatsheets. As a former owner, Stephanie has strengthened the company through her emphasis on advance planning, careful implementation, and rigorous attention to detail. In her role as Director, she oversees the events segment of the business, working closely with both operations and sales to ensure our customers receive the high quality products and solutions they’ve come to expect. Part of her focus continues to be expanding our free Blankets to Boards™ recycling program, in partnership with the Trex Company. Stephanie is also involved in collaborating with the Heatsheets team on expanding its reach into the Public Safety sector.
Stephanie is a graduate of Lafayette College where she earned a BA in Economics & Business. In her spare time, she is a volunteer youth mentor, avid cyclist, hoop enthusiast and dog lover.
Michelle rejoined Heatsheets in 2014 to lead the Operations effort, a position she had also managed from 2008 -2011. In between, she managed the operations and production at a global beverage distributor. Michelle is responsible for managing our supply chain, inventory and fulfillment. She is also heavily involved in the development and production of new Heatsheets Products.
Michelle holds degrees in international business from San Diego State University and Universidad de Valparaiso in Chile. She is fluent in Spanish, is a runner and is a volunteer for several animal rehabilitation charities.
Fueled by ideas and coffee, Lacie heads up the branding and marketing landscape of Heatsheets. Her experience in running specialty, consumer products and retail have combined to give her a 360 degree view of the endurance industry as a whole. In addition, her focus also includes new business initiatives and entry into new markets for the Heatsheets brand.
Lacie brings over 15 years experience in marketing and sales. Most recently, she served as the Director of Brand marketing and management for Swirlgear, a woman's running apparel company which she founded in 2007.
In her spare time, she is an avid runner, author and advocate for veterans. Lacie volunteers her time with Honor Flight Chicago and Wounded Warriors.
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
Lindsay works with the sales team to further expand Heatsheets opportunities into different market sectors. Her role focuses on building new relationships as well as working with existing clients to enhance partnerships.
Lindsay brings to Heatsheets over ten years of experience in marketing and sales along with expertise in administration and development in collegiate sports. Most recently, she served as the Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Lakeland Healthcare Group.
A former student-athlete, Lindsay consistently participates in endurance events including marathons, road races and triathlons, and has a passion for collegiate, professional and equestrian sports. Lindsay volunteers for several Chicago area and national causes, and serves as Head of Communications for the Salvation Army Associate Council of Chicago.
